Guardian ad Litem Attorney I
Utah County, UT

The Guardian ad Litem I is an entry level position with up to three years of experience practicing law. Incumbent must be an active member of the Utah State Bar Association in good standing. An attorney Guardian ad Litem is appointed by the court to provide legal representation and coordinate assistance to abused, neglected, or abandoned children. The Office of the Attorney General, Education Division, is seeking an attorney to perform legal services for Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. This attorney will work with Assistant Attorneys General who provide representation to Utah’s public institutions of higher education, as well as Utah Valley University’s Office of General Counsel. Trial Attorney, Securities and Exchange Commission

The Office of Distributions (OD) handles all distributions in enforcement actions where a disgorgement fund exists, or whenever a Fair Fund is created by the Commission or the Courts pursuant to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. The Trial Attorney (Distributions) conducts litigation, implements all distributions aspects of civil and administrative proceedings assigned by the Division, and makes Commission recommendations for distribution plan approval. Education Program Director, Utah Center for Legal Inclusion

The Utah Center for Legal Inclusion (UCLI) seeks an organized, self-motivated, and collaborative individual to serve as a part-time (20 hours/week) manager of UCLI’s Promoting Legal Education to Diverse Groups Everywhere (PLEDGE) Program. The PLEDGE Director will work closely with UCLI’s Executive Director, Assistant Director, and PLEDGE Committee to strategize for, develop, execute, and oversee each prong of PLEDGE: educational outreach, mentoring, and financial support.
