UCLI Bar Review Scholarship

The Young Lawyers Division of the Utah State Bar (YLD) and the Utah Center for Legal Inclusion (UCLI), with the help of community sponsors, are pleased to announce the 2024 UCLI Bar Review Scholarship.

Graduating law students who have applied to sit for the July 2024 Utah State Bar Exam are invited to apply for a scholarship ranging from $500 to $2,000 to assist with test study and preparation. The scholarships will be awarded based on the students’ demonstrated positive community impact, potential to contribute positively to the Utah legal community, and financial need relating to bar exam expenses.

To be eligible for the scholarship, students must:

  • Be enrolled in a ABA accredited law school whose students are eligible to sit for the Utah State Bar Exam for the 2023-2024 academic year;
  • Be an active member in a law school club or leadership organization;
  • Have applied for the July 2024 Utah State Bar Exam; and
  • Not have an employer or institution paying for the full costs of registration and test prep.
