Ramzi Hamady is the Utah Minority Bar Association (UMBA) Representative for the Utah Center for Legal Inclusion. Ramzi received his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2017. He has externed with the Utah Court of Appeals, interned with the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center, and served as a Teacher’s Assistant for the S.J. Quinney College of Law Legal Writing Program. Ramzi has also interned with the Utah Legal Services – Native American Law Program, and interned with the ACLU of Utah, presently serving on the ACLU’s Legal Panel. Ramzi began his legal career practicing in family and immigration law. In 2019 he joined the Utah Juvenile Defender Attorneys (UJDA) as a trial attorney. Ramzi serves as the current President of the Utah Minority Bar Association. In his free time, Ramzi enjoys spending time with his family, cooking Lebanese food, and making music.
