Cliff Parkinson is the Community Outreach Committee Co-Chair for the Utah Center for Legal Inclusion.  Mr. Parkinson is an attorney at the law firm of Lear & Lear where he practices natural resource and energy law. Before entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dee V. Benson of the United States District Court for the District of Utah and to the Honorable Monroe G. McKay of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  He is a graduate of Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School.
