Christina Jepson is an attorney at Parsons Behle & Latmer Salt Lake City Office who practices in the areas of employment law, complex commercial litigation, and securities litigation. Christina currently serves as director of Parsons Behle & Latimer Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; however, before her time as director, she served as director of Parson Behle’s Labor and Employment Department. In addition to her work as an attorney, Ms. Jepson is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. She teaches litigation skills classes in the Juris Doctor program and Labor and Employment Law in the Master of Legal Studies program. She is the past president of the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law Board of Trustees. 

Professor Jepson graduated first in her class from the S.J. Quinney College of Law in 1995 and was named the Outstanding Woman Graduate. During law school, she was on the national moot court team and law review. Following law school, Professor Jepson clerked for then Chief Judge David Winder of the United States District Court of Utah and for Judge Stephen H. Anderson of the Tenth Circuit. 

Ms. Jepson was ranked as a Legal Elite in employment and labor law from 2012-2021. Intermountain States Super Lawyer titled her as one of the top 50 women lawyers from 2019-2022. Best Lawyers in America ranked her as a best lawyer in employment law from 2014 to 2023.
