Bret Evans is a Board Member for the Utah Center for Legal Inclusion. Mr. Evans is a member of the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups for Snell & Wilmer. His practice is concentrated primarily in complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure and creditor’s rights. Bret has also assisted financial institutions with matters related to consumer financial services, including cases involving claims of wrongful foreclosure, alleged violations of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and lien disputes.
