Juancarlos is passionate about the growth of communities through small business, organizational collaborations, and mentoring. Currently he is the Principal and Chief Marketing Officer at SORO Consulting, a Salt Lake City based business consulting firm that specializes in solving client’s critical issues and exploring their opportunities in finance, operational management, and marketing strategies. Prior to this Juancarlos was a Senior Vice President at Zions Bank and headed up their Diverse Markets division.
