Anne Milne has had the privilege of working at Utah Legal Services for 40 years. During which time she has also served on Utah State Bar committees and the boards of community organizations including the YWCA and S.J. Quinney College of Law. Anne was one of the first 100 women admitted to the Utah State Bar.
