Jonathan Hafen is the Continuing Legal Education Chair for the Utah Center for Legal Inclusion. Mr. Hafen is a trial lawyer at Parr Brown with extensive experience representing businesses and individuals in complex commercial cases, with an emphasis in Employment Law, Securities Law, and Legal Malpractice Defense. Mr. Hafen’s clients have enjoyed successful outcomes in cases involving a wide variety of industries and legal issues, including cases in the areas of multi-level marketing, securities and investment fraud, government enforcement actions, shareholder disputes, breach of contract cases, property disputes, road and access cases, intellectual property litigation, fraud claims, class actions, and construction litigation. Mr. Hafen also serves as legal counsel to a number of small, midsize and multinational companies, utilizing the significant resources available at Parr Brown to address the broad spectrum of legal challenges routinely confronting business leaders. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Hafen provides community service throughout the state, including currently serving as the President of BYU’s Alumni Association, as Chair of the Board of Directors of Tuacahn Center for the Arts, and as a member of the Salt Lake Chamber’s Board of Governors.
