Registered Patent Attorney or Patent Agent

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

What You’ll Do:

•  Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications in the U.S. and internationally
• Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and business stakeholders to capture and protect key
  innovations
• Conduct prior art searches and patentability analyses
• Stay current on patent law developments and advise clients accordingly

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered U.S. Patent Attorney or Patent Agent in good standing with the USPTO
• Technical background in electrical engineering and/or semiconductor engineering
• 3+ years of recent experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• A proactive, client-focused attitude and the ability to work independently or within a team
